Lard produced (100%) with natural lard (pork fat is the fat that surrounds the kidney and higher quality) and hardened mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Features and applications:

His great plasticity and texture, as well as a high melting point of 42ºC 40ºC- make it ideal for the production of both craft and industrial bakery and pastry.

Its hardness and melting point can be adapted according to the needs of each client.
